VivahLok sells digital membership plans only. Nothing is shipped.
When your plan starts
- A paid plan is activated on your account immediately after your payment succeeds. You will see a confirmation on screen, and the invoice and plan details in your dashboard.
- If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to support@vivahlok.com or use our contact form with your payment reference. We will activate it, or refund you in full if you prefer, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How long it lasts
Each plan lasts for the number of days shown on the Premium Plans page when you buy it, starting from activation.
